What can they find that can make them not want to find an partment for you? Is there a certain number?
I have a public notice on my credit history, for a bill with an old apartment I had. ($3,600) Could this stop me from getting a place to live?
They’re all looking for good credit history. Having a bunch of collections on your credit shows that you do not pay your bills & that you are a risk being a renter.
Risk for being late on rent or skipping months.
If you have collections, also provide the property management company or apartment complex with an explanation letter for any negative information.
if this $3,600 is something you are disputing w/ your previous landlord , explain that to your new one.
Most apartment complexes will still take ppl w/ bad credit, you may just have to put up a higher security deposit.
everyone’s credit past & current situations are different, there is no magical # to any of this.
How to find a realestate investor pay half of property to start a Christian Camp and Conference Center?
I have found over 80 acres for sale including spring fed pool with water slide, two pavilions (75×85 which seats over 250 with benchs already provided) has frisbee golf, baseball field, soccer field, volleyball court, half court basketball, bathroom facility, 1800’s historical log cabin, early 1900’s ranch home, outdoor catering kitchen, property is being used for corp. daily events.
No point in going into details of the property (especially when you don’t even says where). I would post this under Business Opportunities, if that’s what you’re looking for.

But before you bother, you should put together a business plan that shows a need, the market, pricing, how you expect to pay for it, etc. You’ll need all that before you’ll find your investor.

how is the realestate market in SAn Antonio?
I’m planning on moving to San Anotnio to renevate and sell houses and keep some of them for rentals. Does anyone have some info that leed me in the right direction? Also How is it living in SAn Antonio?
Hi Jessica, I live in San Antonio and the real estate is cooling off but not experiencing the drop in real estate market like in Dallas and other cities. People will say "NORTHSIDE! NORTHSIDE! NORTHSIDE!" but I think it’s a overbuilt market that is very susceptible to the overall national downturn in real estate. There are actually some great fixer uppers in the Southeast side. Any neighborhood along I37 south of Southcross out towards Military Drive. Good deals to be made down there. I also suggest checking out neighborhoods in the NOrth Central area. That would be north of downtown, East of I-10 but West of Hwy 281 and no farther North than about Basse Rd.
