LOL at 3:22 people who have 100s of millions or billions in the bank, ha, they don’t have it in the bank, they had it in mostly real estate that’s worth half what it was and things are getting worse, so they are worried now about how much more they are going to lose, what a joke to think they are going to waste money on some cookie cutter apartment. As far as tourism, this place looks like Miami but hotter, dryer and polluted, who wants that on vacation other than new money posers and eurotrash?

Still Dubai is a very wonderfull place to live in, the financial crysis is global and Dubai is not built in the moon…
Everything is real in Dubai and soon abudhabi will help Dubai pass the crysis easily…Remember guys they said they will delay paying and not stop paying !

There is speculation, that Dubai might even be bankrupt, Dubai isnt able to serve the debt, Even their brothers in the UEA are already helping them, I dont know what kind of professional economic brain trusts they employ. Those ppl thought Money would come from the moon, Now the sheiks are waking up, Buying horses in just 2 days for 7 Million Euros, Golden mosques, and armies of foreign vets for camels and so on, Dubai wont become a ghost town, but the future could be bleak,

I think your right …
I think your right about all those luxury appartments that nobody wants for the coming decade.

The trust in those investments has totally gone, the prices went totally out of scale for the last years and now the price can only keep dropping for a long time.

The only thing that can be intresting for a normall human the coming decade is to buy an appartment when the prices reach a very low point.

Besides that i dont see what could bring this massive bubble back to life.
